9:15 -10:40 YOGA

10:45 – 11:15 MEDITATION

You do a sitting practice right after our yoga class, but if you have to leave, no worries at all, maybe next time you can join both classes!

Please bring your yoga mat. If you do not have one and would like to participate, send me a message so I can bring an extra mat.

The class fee is ¥3000. Every 5th class you attend is free for you.

I had a one-on-one session with Natasha. The conversation was warming and inviting, I was not afraid to open up myself to her. And in the process of our discussion, through her questions, my answers and our analysis of them we came to a wonderful conclusion: I think I found my new career path! Natasha not only helped me to formulate the idea of a potential occupation, she was guiding me step by step, suggesting the actions and tasks that I had to do.
