Assisting one person in changing their negative thought pattern will positively impact generations to come

I firmly believe that being a coach is both a powerful and honorable calling.

While I may not have the opportunity to motivate millions from grand stages, if I can help even a single mother find happiness and inspire her to pursue her extraordinary life, I have the potential to influence not only her entire family but also a few friends along the way.

The ripples of their decision to chase their own dreams will extend far beyond, empowering others to do the same.

As I journeyed through life and observed those around me, I noticed a distinct difference between those who courageously move from one goal to another and those who merely talk about their aspirations for years on end.

This realization sparked my fascination with psychology and life coaching, particularly through the lens of Tony Robbins, whose lifelong pursuit has been understanding why people do what they do. Learning from his coaches allowed me to grasp the underlying psychology behind people’s actions, including my own. In my quest for personal growth, I navigated through my own battles with depression and anxiety, allowing me to observe my thought patterns and develop empowering strategies like refocusing and reframing to overcome negative emotions.

I earned my Coaching Certification from the Robbins-Madanes Training Center, founded by Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes, who pioneered Strategic Intervention in coaching. Additionally, I acquired my Relationship Coach certification from the Coaching Institute established by Mark and Magali Peysha.

Although I currently reside in Tokyo, Japan, my clients are spread across various parts of the world. This allows me to conduct sessions over phone calls or video conferencing platforms, ensuring convenience and comfort for my clients within the confines of their own homes.

What inspires me

Personal growth. What truly inspires me is witnessing personal growth in others. Assisting individuals in achieving their goals and guiding them to reach new levels has been my passion for many years. Nothing brings me greater joy than witnessing another man or woman make a powerful decision to elevate their life.

Education. I am a firm believer in lifelong education. While school provides us with the tools to learn, it is essential that we actively seek opportunities to apply this knowledge beyond the classroom. The journey of education should never cease.

Healthy lifestyle. Embracing a healthy lifestyle is of utmost importance to both my husband and me. As health enthusiasts, we engage in various practices, from invigorating ice-baths in the mornings to incorporating 24-hour weekly fasts. We continuously research and apply bio-hacking techniques to foster a healthier and happier existence.

Yogic practices. Yogic practices hold a significant place in my life. With over 20 years of dedicated yoga practice and five years of experience teaching yoga, I make it a point to incorporate daily hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Yoga transcends physical exercise; it encompasses a lifestyle that incorporates numerous aspects beyond just strength and flexibility.

Healthy cooking. Healthy cooking is another aspect I prioritize. I prepare nutritious meals that are not only good for the body but also quick and simple, allowing me to save time for other fulfilling activities. I wholeheartedly welcome and appreciate any time-saving and delicious recipes.

Travel. Having lived in five different countries, I have developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity across the globe. These days, we explore the world with our children, relishing the opportunity to witness our favorite places through their eyes and create lasting memories.

My art. Art is a personal passion of mine. Whether it’s drawing, painting, or designing, engaging in creative endeavors allows me to relax, unwind, and find inner peace. It also serves as a wonderful medium to connect with my children and spend quality time together.

My awesome family. However, my greatest and most profound inspiration lies within my incredible family. I am blessed to be surrounded by my vivacious, intelligent, and spirited boys. Of course, this includes my loving husband as well. It is an honor to be their guardian and friend, to laugh together and learn so much from each other.
