These days we have access to information on pretty much any subject.  There is no lack of articles, courses, educational videos on every possible skill you can imagine.

All of it is out there.  The information is free to search and often is very affordable to obtain access to!  But…

If information alone could change us, everyone would be at their perfect weight, in shape, knowledgable and successful

But, we all know this is NOT the case.

So why aren’t we all on top of our game if it has never been easier in history of humanity to educate and upgrade ourselves?

There are a myriad reasons for that. Here are just a few:

We never even take time to figure out what it is that we want.  We never create a vision for ourselves.

We may have dreams and ideas, we often simply hope that things turn out the way we would like them to turn out.  So often we get distracted from our original plan and jump onto new project just to go along with our friends. But to get from point A to point B we need a map, a navigation system that will always recalculate our course in case we veer off course. To stay focused on our destination we need dedication, consistency and focus.

When was the last time someone asked you what it is that YOU want?

Chances are, you have not been asked this question for some time. So it is the time you ask this important and life-defining question yourself.

Here a coach can help us by:

  • listening to our desires and needs without a judgement or preconceptions about us
  • evaluating our current situation and figuring out our blocks and limiting beliefs
  • working out a plan which is in line with our own passions and dreams
  • helping us to see where we fail to be resourceful
  • being our accountability partner and keep things real by practicing radical candor

We have no plan. We do not know what steps to take towards our vision.

What is the vision we created is so big and audacious that it scare us and stops us in our tracks when we consider taking steps toward it.

Here a coach could help us to:

  • value-proof our vision
  • deepen our understanding of the real “why” behind our vision
  • reverse-engineer our plan into quarterly and monthly tasks
  • make sure that the hefty plan we built for ourselves is broken down into actionable steps that we ourselves believe are doable for us

We over-analyse and end up blocking our own progress by expecting perfect result on a first attempt.

This is why we need a person or a group of people (mastermind) who will be on our side to help us move forward.

There are other roadblocks you may name: not enough time, no proper organization of your schedule, other people requiring your attention and so on.  But the reality is that we simply haven’t made our priority list. What we make our priority, we will always follow through with.

A coach could effectively:

  • evaluate where you are being overly critical of yourself to slow down and sabotage your progress
  • push you through any perfectionism practices that are used as excuses not to act
  • remind you how these small but necessary actions relate to your total big vision
  • keep you consistent with your performance even when results are yet to show up

So if you are ready to stretch yourself, to finally get closer to your dreams, to make your personal growth a priority, you are in a right place.

As a coach I would be honored to help you with all the points above. I will gladly support you with any blocks, doubts, self-sabotage, lack of faith, low confidence issues that may occur in our journey.

But most importantly, I will be happy to introduce the most important skill there is

  • to be present, content and happy with the process.  To enjoy life NOW and not when -and only when- our goals are achieved.

Even the most exalted states and the most exceptional spiritual accomplishments are unimportant if we cannot be happy in the most basic and ordinary ways…

Jack KORNFIELD

Achievements are empowering and exciting, but our everyday process should be meaningful and fulfilling.

Because life is happening every minute, our present is all we have and we cannot miss on it our earnest pursuit of goals.
